Ecocorp was established in 1996 with the aim of specialising in all environmental aspects of building. Since then we have expanded our work into helping clients involved in building disputes.
The environmental consultancy work includes the following:
- Preparation of BASIX certificates for residential developments.
- Thermal assessments or NatHERS assessments of residential units.
- Statement of environmental effects on smaller developments.
- Environmental impact statements on large developments.
- Reports on identification of hazardous materials in buildings
- Design of sustainable housing.
- Reports on waste minimization and management on construction sites.
The building disputes work include the following.
- Preparation of expert building reports for use in legal proceedings.
- Resolution of building disputes through the mediation process.
- Resolution of building disputes through arbitration.
- Adjudication of payment disputes under NSW Building & Construction Security of Payments Act.
- Expert witness in courts and in the CTTT.
